Tim Ho Wan is hella overrated DimSum. It was known as "world's cheapest Michelin Star" which is cool, but there is WAY better Dim Sum pretty much everywhere. My personal favorite for very average budget are: Oi Man Sang and Shun Kee Typhoon Shelter Crab

Oi Man Sang tastes the best because it's the Dai Pai Dong

^^ this chef is legendary, and was working it when I was there. The cool lore is that, these very large fire outdoor woks aren't issued permits anymore, so it's a dying breed to get that level of firepower for the crab. Must get Typhoon Crab.

And Typhoon Shelter Crab for the Ambience (you have to arrive to the boat, by boat)

Both are just $30-$50 a person, but

Oi Man Sang tastes better though!
