2026 Asian American Women in Leadership Conference

I can't believe it's been over a decade since I started volunteering with ASPIRE. When I started with the AAWIL conference, I didn't expect to care so much about it, to the point of directing the conference itself in 2019 and continued supporting it since.

It meant so much because it is a testament to what we can do when people come together to create something that can uplift and inspire others. We've always been a small group of volunteers, driven by a passion to create a safe and meaningful space for our younger sisters. And so many amazing women shared that wish that they gifted their time to speak, organize, sponsor, and mentor.

I am proud of the teams that give life to each conference, inspiring new attendees and rekindling old friendships.
